How We Implement a Financial Plan

Finwise implementation

Implementation follows a clear sequence: we review your current accounts, agree on the target allocation, then move money in stages. You will see each trade, each transfer, and the reasoning behind it before anything is executed.

Implementation is a sequence of practical steps, not a promise. Here is what happens after you decide to work with us, and what you can reasonably expect at each stage.

How to Reach the Support Team

Every implementation plan includes a direct line to the people who set it up. Here is what to expect after you submit a request, and where to go when you need a faster answer.

Submit a Request by Email

Send a short summary of your current setup and the step you are working on. A member of the team reviews incoming mail on business days and replies within one working day. Include your account email so we can pull up your file without extra back-and-forth.

Call During Business Hours

For questions that need a quick answer, the phone line is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 AEST. Calls are answered by the same people who handle implementation, not a separate switchboard. Expect a response within the hour during those hours.

Visit the Office in Person

If you prefer to sit down and review your plan face to face, the office is open by appointment. Bring your latest statement or portfolio summary so the conversation stays concrete. Directions and parking details are sent with the confirmation.

Response Time for Written Requests

Email requests receive a first reply within one business day. If your question involves a document review, allow two to three business days for a full answer. Urgent items related to a scheduled transfer are marked and handled ahead of the queue.

What to Include in Your First Message

State the step you are on, the date you started, and any error message or unexpected figure you saw. Screenshots help more than long descriptions. The more specific you are, the fewer follow-up emails you will need to send.
